Do Bubba have system limitations impacting the max HD size?

Hi All. So I have still not decided if/when I shell take the first step into the Bubba two ownership. :P
Before I do, I have a question related to the HD's that can be connected to this unit.
For me storage is KEY. I do have a lot of FLAC music (500G as I write) and there will be more... Added to this there are photos/videoclips/etc.. So I am a bit concerned that 1T will only be enough for 6 months or so.
There are already HD's capable to handle 1,5T, ops... I just noticed a 2T HD from WD ! (I have even seen an article that the theoretical limitation today for this type of HD is 10T! )

Now my question:

Is there any limitations to what size the HD can have (max) that can be inserted into the Bubba two unit, and also is there any limit to the size (max) of the HD that can be connected to the e-sata?

Today my dream would now be a 2TB inside the Bubba two and additional 2T e-sata HD's connected.
Tomorrow with 10T HD's

Thanks /Nilk

nilk,

Nope, no such limitations. We are just waiting for the 2 TB WD Green Power-drive to become available (it's currently out of stock from our distributor) before we add it to our assortment.

We are also always running a series of test before adding aother disk type (temperature etc.), but I doubt there will be issues with this one.

However, it may be unwise to add other brands that have higher power ratings. This is a concern of disk temperature and long-term reliability.

Well there is a limit on the filesystem EXT3 to 4TB.
If you're getting +4TB disks in the future you have to use EXT4.
Hmm or is it 4TB total diskspace?
Anyway EXT4 is supposed to be faster too so I was wondering if we're gonna get support for it?
