Reinstall doesn't complete - LED blinks forever

Hi,

I'm trying to do a fresh reinstall of my Bubba. I downloaded the latest 'bubba.img' file from Excito and copied it to a freshly-formatted FAT32 2gb USB stick. I placed this in the back and followed the instruction in the manual. The LED immeadiately starts blinking as soon as I replace the power cord with the power button pressed. I let go after about 5 secs and leave it to reinstall. However, the LED continues to blink eternally. I left it over the weekend and came back today to see it was still blinking. I've tried this twice now.

Any advice??

Strange. When you formatted the USB memory, did you do a "quick format"? Make sure the "quick format" option is unchecked, and choose FAT32 as file system.
