It seems to have two (!) different reset buttons...

I don't mean to sound condescending or anything, but have you tried them? And the diagnostics Windows software that connects to the device over USB?

Sorry I cannot be clearer, buy you might have to adjust the Ethernet settings with ethtool. You can use it to force a certain speed and set autoneg on or off.
