Hello,
After a blackout my B3 did not pass the purple loading light, so I decided to do a fresh reinstall of it.
Everything worked fine during the installation process, but then I noticed something interesting in my
router's log.
Bubba asks for an IP, it's granted the IP and then it releases it ...

Re: B3 Reinstall?
Ahem, so, if I had a user named "romtoc" on the server the user directory in /home and the contents of /home/web/ won't be lost?

B3 Reinstall?
Greetings,
I need to re-install the B3 operating system, but I have a quick question...
Does reinstalling the system cause data loss?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Cheeseboy,
Thanks for your reply.
By "access", I meant the user can only read/write and execute files in a directory.

Allowing an user to only access a folder (SSH)
Hello,
I need to create a user on my B3 box and I want to restrict his access to only one folder.
Can this be done? If yes, how?

Anyways, many thanks for the help. I will try anything I can to make it work...

Re: B3 USB Camera
Hmm... I followed your tutorial, and I get stuck at lsusb...
When I enter the command, it just... stucks... I can't do anything else, and it takes forever...
PS: I don't have a "/dev/video0/" directory.

B3 USB Camera
Hello.
I have a Genius Look 312p webcam (http://bit.ly/nAqFGI), and I want to use it for surveillance.
I would like to connect it to my B3, and create an video stream.
Can it be done?
Can you tell me how? I really need to know if the house is safe, as I will be away from Bucharest a few weeks.

Re: Adding phpMyAdmin to your Bubba
but why install phpMyAdmin with the "apt-get" command, when you could just download the zip/tar-gz from www.phpmyadmin.net and put it in your /home/web/ directory?
