The update is done 3 weeks ago with no issues.
I have done it so as advised and it was more a game then work.
So much fun after reboot and the check of all things. That was
a little bit more work but needed and i have found no issues.

at first a big Thank You for the update. I have seen it right now and i am busy with updating.
Update system is running and i can hear the hard disk is shuffeling . It is a SATA-2
with rotating parts, ha, ha.

Will report when i find things...Thanbk You again.

You both are right in the case of changings in software and operating systems.
You are right too in the case that we not need excito for further development.

But....
- because i stay true to devs so as excito because they have started a very good thing

One question comes up in my thoughts about all the discussions here, because i am a user of B2 and B3.
Unix and Linux fan in my way. Learn and use it...So bubba was allways my first address.

after a longer time i am back but never gave away my holy bubba ;-).
He was with me in africa and brasil for my work.

I have installed now the mpd again on my b2 with the latest B2&B3 os.
Three wonth ago i had spend a new SSD hdd to have a more quiet
system running.

It is running well ...

I was busy again with the music player deamon (mpd) and it is
working again as a hell. My Terratec USB Sound Stick and
a 5x 120 W sound installation have made my day today. ;-)

That was house party at all after i fugured out that the output is not default.
It was the speaker value. It costs me 1 ...

Update:

the apache2 service did not restart automatically at the end, so the web UI became unresponsive. Had to login to the console to manually restart the service.
I had the same issue. Web interface stopped at 42%.
After restart the apache2 all runs fine without any issue.

Lucky we are rsync is now part of the base system.
I use rsync now a long time in gentoo and i am very happy with that.

long time no read ;-). But what i mean in the beginning was that i can wakeup the bubba 2
from out every PC where i have installed the wakeup routine.

That was because to spare energy and have more control if the bubba is switched off.
I have an eTrayz and that little one can do it ...

On my B2 with 2.5.0.2 i will upgade to 2.5.1.2. All services for torrent are stopped and nothing is running.
I go to settings, then software update and push the button.

I use the latest firmware for my B2's.
What i have to fix it: re-installed bubbamon_v19.xpi, restarted and all is ok.

It looks like that FF 15.0 does something with installed add-ins where is authro is not certified.
